A warm welcome awaits you at no. 29 Well Street bed and breakfast, where you have the chance to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the beautiful Dumfries and Galloway countryside.

Our bed and breakfast is located just off the High Street in the charming market town of Moffat which is on the A708 (approximately 1.5 miles from junction 15 on the A 74(M) and is ideally situated for exploring the surrounding area of Dumfries and Galloway.

No.29 Well Street is said to be one of the oldest houses in Moffat yet with its modern facilities and contemporary decor it is a “home from home” for your visit to the Scottish borders and beyond and your hosts Bradley & Ron look forward to seeing you there soon.

There are many things to do and see in Moffat and surrounding areas, including a number walks, (whether you are a beginner or a real stalwart!) Golfers will also appreciate the local 18 hole course set in beautiful parkland located just outside the town.
